At Orliere, every piece is crafted to stand the test of time—both in design and in durability. We proudly offer a Lifetime Warranty on all our jewelry, covering craftsmanship defects and material integrity under normal wear.

Should your piece require attention due to a fault in our workmanship or structural quality, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. This includes issues such as loose settings, broken clasps, or chain defects resulting from production, not misuse.

Please note: this warranty does not cover loss, theft, damage from accidents or improper care, or natural tarnishing over time. Complimentary polishing and refinishing are available upon request, and additional repairs can be provided for a nominal fee.
